March Class is called Easter Sweets & Treats! Easter just wouldn't be the same without treats! We will be making Three custom-designed card boxes, 1 standard-sized card ( 4 1/4" x 5 1/2") and one 3" x 3" card with envelopes. I am offering the class on two dates - Saturday March 14th and Sunday March 15th. I also offer this as a "Class to Go".
My husband and I celebrated our 10th Wedding Anniversary on the 7th sooooo in honor of St. Patrick's Day I decided to make this layout featuring my "Pot-of-Gold"... My wonderful husband and my new ring! Thanks for looking!
This was a fun one to make! I used Heidi Swapp Flowers, Stampin' Up Chalks, Basic Grey's Sugared Papers, Textured Cardstock, Paper Piecing, Glitter, Pop-Ups and Glossy Accents.
So even though Easter is still almost 6 weeks away, I thought I'd get a head start for once! I used some new papers and flowers and some adorable little charms I found in my travels! Thanks for looking!
I made this layout for Cherry Blossom Studios. This is the first month that I am submitting for the Design Team and it is so much fun! They handed me a stack of paper and said "design". I used the new Spring Break Tropical Paper just released by The Paper Company Studio; Buttons & Rhinestones; a Crochet Flower; Stampin'Up Baja Blue and Old Olive Inks; Stampin'Up Chipboard and Stamp and some Thickers. I fell in love with the new Basic Grey Porcelain Collection that was just released and couldn't believe they had a gorgeous paper in the line with antique bird cages. As the mother of a very spoiled Goffin Cockatoo, I decided to make a page of my pretty girl. I also used Laundry Line Crochet Flowers; Stampin' Up Pretties Kit; Glazed Brads; Pop-Ups and lots of stickles.
My little 3 year old Emily Anne went to the vet this morning to have her hill-billy teeth pulled. She is so tiny that they have to do blood work and put her under. Sammy, our 6 year old Yorkie, has been pouting and dragging himself around the house all morning with the saddest little look on his fur face. Simply pitiful! I, of course, have taken the day off to scrap and wait for the vet to call so I can go get the poor little peanut!
These are the new papers from The Paper Company's new Spring Break Line. I generally do not like working with transparencies but gave it a try. I placed little 1" x 1" photos under the film strip; added a stitched mat to the second page as well as some Prima Flowers; Ribbons and Chipboard.
